Cooking Soba

The famous soba (buckwheat noodles) with chicken and vegetables! A dish that has won the hearts of many around the world!

You will need the following: 

  • Soba noodles (dry) 100 gr.
  • Chicken breast (raw) 250 gr.
  • Broccoli 50 gr.
  • Carrots 50 gr.
  • Red pepper 50 gr.
  • Garlic 3 gr.
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp. a spoon.
  • Salt, spices, and fresh herbs to taste.

Cooking:

Step no.1

Cook the soba until soft.

Step no.2

Fry the chicken breast in a non-stick skillet or on a non-stick grill until well done on both sides.

Step no.3

Cut into desired pieces.

Step no.4

Cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces with the help of a professional kitchen chef’s knife and cook on low heat.

Step no.5

When the water evaporates, remove it from the heat.

Step no.6

Add garlic, salt, and spices to taste and let stand covered for 2-3 minutes.

Step no.7

Add soba with vegetables, mix, add olive oil, and plate.

Step no.8

Place the cooked chicken breast meat on top, add the herbs and sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste.
