Contents:

The following is based on two parts.

  • Chicken breast – 2 pieces
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Onion – small head (preferably with white skin)
  • 5 Spice mix – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon (fresh, grated)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Black pepper – 2 cm (I have a small one)
  • Starch – 1 teaspoon
  • Wine vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce – 2 teaspoons
  • Coarse, non-iodized salt – 1 tbsp
  • Noodles – 2 servings (I used Japanese Udon noodles)
  • Turmeric for noodles – 1 pinch (optional)

Recipe:

This recipe was changed a bit to suit my taste. I didn’t add sugar because I didn’t need it. Chinese wine is good, but all you need to do is add pepper and vinegar. Also, ingredients like ginger and black pepper vary from recipe to recipe. Black pepper is usually eaten dry.

Description:

My pasta took 8 minutes to cook so I began to explain:

  1. Place a saucepan full of water on the stove.
  2. Put salt in the water and boil it.
  3. Try the water. The water should be well salted.
  4. Put the pasta in a bowl.
  5. Be careful not to press the sides together.
  6. Stir immediately after immersion.
  7. Add turmeric to change the color and add flavor to the noodles.
  8. Boil the noodles a little (a little hard but not too strong), as the Italians say.
  9. If you’re like me, cut the breast with the bone and skin, cut off the skin, and carefully separate the breast from the bone.
  10. Cut the breast piece apart from the inside and cut the breast into strips of fiber, half a centimeter thick.
  11. Now we need to soak the breast.
  12. Sprinkle breasts with 1 teaspoon salt, 5-spice, soy sauce, and vinegar (or Chinese wine, if available). Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
  13. Cut the onion into slices.
  14. To do this, cut the onion in half, discard the juice and arrowroot, and cut the onion in half lengthwise.
  15. Cut the pepper into pieces. If you have fresh ginger, finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  16. If the noodles are already cooked, drain them in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.
  17. Add little oil and mix well. Paper
  18. Sprinkle cornstarch over breast and mix.
  19. Mix well until the starch is evenly distributed over the cutting surface.

Method Two Description:

Now start cooking.

  • Because all materials must be prepared in advance. The entire cooking process takes only 7 minutes.
  • A bowl of chicken pieces separated by onion, pepper, some boiling water, and some salt.
  • Ginger and garlic can be mixed. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a wok pan so I used a cast iron skillet.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of oil and leave the pan on high heat.
  • Add ginger, garlic, and black pepper to the pan. Literally 10 seconds. Mix immediately.
  • Add the meat to the pan. Stir-fry the chicken over very high heat for a few minutes.
  • This gives the meat a light golden brown color. Stir constantly and do not burn the garlic and ginger. Add a little salt to the meat.
  • Add the onions to the meat and do not stop stirring.
